The Residence is registered with the USGBC and designed to exceed the goal of LEED Platinum. Big crane and huge pieces of steel

It’s all kinds of exciting out on the construction site today.  Drilling for the elevator shafts is underway. There’s a crane to lift the elevator jack shafts and auger cast pilings.  In simple English, there’s a big crane and huge pieces of steel getting moved around out there. Drive by and check it out.

The Island Gateway Discovery Center Now Open!

The Island Gateway Discovery Center is now open and available to the community!  The Discovery Center is a community space- for your use - which includes a large conference table, lounge area, digital presentation screen and more, all conveniently located at the corner of Winslow and 305.  This space is available for your meetings and gatherings by appointment.  To book the Discovery Center please contact us at info@theislandgateway.com

The Bainbridge Art Museum hosted March's First Friday Gallery Walk at The Island Gateway's new Discovery Center on Winslow Way!

They will be hosting the First Friday Gallery Walks, monthly, at the Discovery Center - the future site of the Museum's new home!  Join us to view a small display of whimsical works from the Museums collection.
